Shipping policy

Wooden Planters
Our custom made planters are delivered across most of the UK mainland within 7-10 business days of the order date, but this may be sooner.
Lead times may vary at busier times of year.

We do not delivery products to Scotish Highlands  and Islands.  

Some items are held in stock & are delivered across the UK mainland within approximately 5-7 working days of the purchase date. However, We cannot guarantee this therefore if you are working to a deadline we advise you email us at frydecowoodwork@gmail.com for an accurate leadtime.

The majority of this range are made to order and leadtimes vary. See Made to Order below.

PLEASE NOTE: We offer  UK mainland delivery only. We use for delivery made via various Couriers depending upon product / supplier. Once a delivery is booked in and confirmed, unless we are told of a change and the courier attempts delivery with no-one home to accept delivery WE DO have to charge a re-delivery fee as the courier will charge this to us. 

Made to order items within the contemporary range will vary in delivery time, usually 1-2 weeks, but will be dependent on individual requirements and in peak season can be longer.

Lead times are estimated only, these can overrun as circumstances out of our control can and do change from time to time. We appreciate your patience and can provide updates as best as possible if you contact us regarding a current order.

If lead time is critical we advise you to email us at frydecowoodwork@gmail.com to clarify if a product is a stock item or a made to order item. For made to order items we will try to be as accurate as possible.
